New Analysis Finds that Black Students are More Likely to Get Suspended

A new analysis from the Civil Rights Project/Proyecto Derechos Civiles at the University of California, Los Angeles, finds that students with disabilities have greater risk for suspension and one in four black students with disabilities are suspended out-of-school.
